Pros

Excellent place to learn disciplines and call center essentials and excellent teamplay for excellent development into your resume. Also because of the many clients, you can easily develop lots of customer service experience as well as sales. Above average work/life benefits plus the site director is always looking out for employees' needs and issues. Plus lots of monthly and yearly activities for you and your family. Professional environment is present here.

Cons

No long term benefits and basically at the end of the day, it's boils down to just a job as long as you're able. Hourly pay hardly ever increases. Quality and supervisor evaluations are sometimes off the mark and you would have to go above hill to dispute it. Plus career advancement is very steep. Either you'd have to be the pick of the pick of the pick of the barrel before you would be considered for promotion. One common problem of call centers is politics rather than performance are considered before you rise up the ladder and this issue is present here. A common complaint from employees are that the company would rather invest in periodic fun activities rather than increase in pay. Compensation is heavily marginalized here.
