Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

The pay is crap for what you have to deal with on the phone to the customers. You get yelled at 10 times more then the average customer service jobs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The supervisors dont care or the managemnet. If you upset the customer its your fault. Some of the dealers are just plan rude

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
