      If you are part of a good project, then TeleTech is a really great work environment

      Cons

      Certain clients put unreasonable expectations on the employees and you end up getting stuck in the middle and working for two companies with two different objectives

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
