Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, treated like number, no regard for employees, rude managers, open on ALL holidays, will schedule you overtime constantly without even telling you, disorganized. Wants you to work 60 hour weeks when it’s busy but won’t approve a single day off when it’s slow. Leads earn their positions by favoritism vs having skill or merit.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
