TTEC provides steady work, decent pay for work from home
Cons
No one responds to questions, cannot talk to a human being,no assistance in chat rooms, answer about 1 out of 20 questions. Conflicting information given regularly. Contracted to answer california EDD, but calls from all over the country get received, and after waiting we have to tell customer that we cannot help them. Same thing with spanish speakers.
