      Pros

      Manager and Team: Management style is always respectful. They point what you have to improve or in what you have to pay more attention but always in a respectful way. I really enjoy that. it feels like they really trust you. The relationship with team is always friendly and respectful.

      Cons

      I still have no clarity about some benefits, like discounts, and how or when can I apply them.

      Pros

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
