Pros
Get paid for sitting and doing nothing during training.
Cons
Constant technical issues. When you call the tech line, there is at LEAST an hour hold time. I have heard that it can take up to FOUR. Training is basically nonexistent and mostly consists of troubleshooting why people are unable to log into systems needed for training. Good luck getting the correct pay, as the "accounting" department doesn't know how to use a calculator.
