Pros
Decent pay for area. It's not a sales job. I asked three times during the interview. Being able to help the customers resolve issues with their products. They promote from within.
Cons
No raises for anyone in over 4 years. It's a total sales job. Nothing else matters but the sale. Helping the customers resolve issue is selling them something whether they need it or not. They promote only those that are selling, whether they're qualified or not is irrelevant. All things added up to dreaded going in to work, and the best thing that happened was leaving as soon as possible. When I was let go after 4 1/2 years for missing my sales numbers, I said Thank you.
