Pros

Great support system. They really care that you are getting what you need to perform your very best. Also, they do not force you to take angry calls. They do not care about call length, but rather that you are taking care of the client's customers. And, at my site, they do not make outbound calls.

Cons

It's a call center. You will deal with people who are having bad days. But, you will also get plenty of calls that are good. And, for the most part, the people who call in appreciate good service.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
