      Pros

      They pay well in call center wise. Good incentives, and food vouchers. Night shift gives you transportation.

      Cons

      It's back to back everyday, all day long, they don't pay your bonuses most of the time on time and keep doing the run arounds...

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
