JOB IS FROM HOME SO THATS A GOOD THING IF YOU HAVE KIDS

if they need help they force hours very stressful for the little bit of money they pay they don't care about there employers if they did they will take out more time in training us we are in training a whole month in half the things that was in training did not really benefit me once i started taking calls we have TL that don't never know a answer when you need help i hope i get blessed with a new job also have horrible system issues

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
