Pros

Not many. -Pay isn't terrible, though not even close to acceptable for the amount of crap each employee is made to deal with.

-Management, the biggest one. For two out of three weeks of my training, I had absolutely no system to use. This means I got to sit in the classroom with my hands in my lap and hope that what we were working on was shown even partially up on the board, which is almost never was. Then, when it came time to start on the floor, I was given ONE DAY to catch up on all the exams and quizzes before being thrown out there, which is all they seemed to care about getting done. Two weeks to fix their system for a trainee to use, that is unacceptable. Not to mention the people they chose for tech-support had major attitude problems. There were many, many other issues I've had with nearly every level of personnel, locally and corporate, and too many to list. Another MAJOR issue with them was a huge breach in my security. I had updated my address for my W2 to be sent to this year, far before they had even created it. I had explicitly advised HR that sending my W2 to the address they had on file (which wasn't actually the most up-to-date one anyway, I had an address in-between now and that one that should've been on record), it would be sent to people who would abuse the information on my W2, and therefore, it is a major security threat. They sent it there anyway. So, first they sent very sensitive information to a unsecured location, with prior warning, then I spend an entire month after arguing with three different members from corporate about them stopping the mail, updating the information, and sending it to me. I had to email them several times because they would just stop replying and ignore me, no accountability whatsoever. Eventually, I was the one who got to pay the post office to forward my mail, in the hopes I'd catch it in time. Every single, well literally anything you can think of, is a complete struggle with these people. Their management at my location sleeps with any lower level employee that will have them, fact, no speculation, including the top building managers. It's a disgusting and infuriatingly clumsy place to work. Oh, I almost forgot, don't expect to progress within the company either. They brag about hiring from within, until they bring in several outside hires for various positions. Not only that, but I was denied even an interview, twice, for supervisory positions, despite several recommendations by respected managers, perfect stats, and referrals by other employees on my level, because my attendance was 2% below they're ridiculous standard for being sick with a virus THEIR trainer had given to my entire class, for a month straight, but STILL going to work, leaving only 30 minutes early, one time. They had just hired a supervisor for the same position, from my class, with an attendance percentage of around 59-67%, mine was about 95%. I was never late, breaks were perfect, etc. That same supervisor ended up the worst one they had, the good ones all quit from frustration with the company. Way to go, Teletech. Ah, and don't expect to get good benefits either. I spent $78 per PAYCHECK on medical alone. With dental, life insurance, and 401k, I was forking over $100ish per paycheck just for insurance and the like alone.

Pros

The opportunity to work remote is the only pro.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important to share for others considering employment. The company suffers from major disorganization and a lack of consistent policies. Expectations frequently changed without clear communication, making it nearly impossible to feel confident in your performance or job security. Metrics were unrealistic and difficult to achieve, especially given how understaffed the team was. Instead of addressing staffing issues, the pressure was pushed onto employees. Compensation does not match the workload or expectations. Employees are underpaid for the level of performance demanded, and benefits are disappointing. One of the biggest concerns is that earned PTO, vacation time, and sick time are not paid out, which feels unfair and misleading. Management practices were also questionable. Employees were required to be on camera, which felt excessive and unnecessary for the type of work being performed. Overall, there was a lack of trust and professionalism in how employees were treated. This role could have been much better with proper organization, fair policies, and realistic expectations, but unfortunately, it fell far short.
