You work from home, you don’t need to have your camera on. You’re comfortable while working. You can take all the time off you need in advance without penalties.
Cons
Low pay, no raises ever, if you’re sick and have no pto you’re written up. Sitting down all day will ruin your body after a while. You have to learn the job yourself even after training for a month.

Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
