      Pros

      Work from home is nice. Good benefits and wellness programs

      Cons

      Low pay for a high stress position. Team Leads try to be supportive but this program is very busy with not enough qualified people.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
