      Good culture, your opinions are heard, the seniors are very supportive

      Cons

      Slow growth, even you get promoted by tag, the work load gets increase and basic salary remains same

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
