Pros
I worked in TSS as a Project Manager, and had a wonderful opportunity to implement one of their products at a new client. The learning during this period was wonderful. As a Project Manager, you not only get to work with the client, but also most of the internal teams.
Cons
I cannot think of any major down side, however, due to a go-live deadline from the client, on some days you may be required to stay longer. This is probably the norm in any company.
