10yThank you for this great feedback. You hit the nail right on the head - service is our lifestyle. We can't achieve our goal of fundamentally changing the service experience for our clients without great employees. We often say, our PRODUCT is our PEOPLE. We're so happy you experience the employee focus of our company.
Even in our infancy, our primary goal was always employee satisfaction then customer satisfaction. We felt if our employees were happy and taken care of, the rest would take care of itself. It's really a simple model but has been integral to our success.
You mention "integrity" and that is definitely part of our vision, "To serve our clients with integrity."
Ongoing growth pains are something we are constantly working through. Processes, systems and tools all have to be updated to meet the demands of our growing company. We will face these growth challenges head-on and we hope you know that whenever things are changed at TSP, they are done so after a lot of thought and analysis.
