Management is terrible. Consistently fails to trust employees with a task, empower them to do the task and makes changes mid work for seemingly no reason, is FAR too mechanistic, and can never establish a vision or simple goal to work towards. Management fails to understand why things aren't working. Engineers trying to understand people is painful to watch some times.
