Good experience, and can learn a lot knowledge
Cons
Heavy workload. Management are knowledge, but expect you have the same knowledge as they do. Always give you a lot of tasks instead of hiring more people to handle workload. No work and life balance. Need to meet with customers and TW teams at night. Stressful environment.
