Pros
What pros?. Other than the money, I didn't see any. No opportunity for growth. If you've wondered what it feels like to work for a communist, and never had the opportunity, then this is the place to go try working for a communist. "All are equal - but some people are more equal" - what a joke!.
Cons
Many. Minimum work days are 12 hours or more. Sometimes, you will be working at 1.00 am in the morning and then go to work the next day at 9.00 a.m. Ugh!. You will need eyes in the back of your head to work here - full of back stabbing people. Talent is not nurtured. Brown nosing is more favored over talent. If you really want your career to die, go here.
