Senior management team are bullies plain and simple. Major blame culture, mental abuse from directors who has ZERO and yes thats ZERO idea about what it is like on the ground. Pay is ABYSMAL, they expect managerial duties done on minimal pay. Brown nose culture. Staff members leave but never get replaced meaning the workload goes on to whoever is unlucky enough to still be working there. Working I use lightly, no one does any real work, they sit chatting wet all day then look surprised when the work isn't getting done. Once again I reiterate the " senior management team " are a group of bullies who need to be held to account.
