Average wage at £25K pa. Personal usage of the vehicle. Other staff and engineers are a good bunch. Overtime (mixed opinion on this). Training. PPE, Uniform, Tools and equipment supplied. Sunday standby payment of £80 Meeting new people on a daily basis. Own/Team working.
Cons
Pushy/clicky middle management (almost bully like) Clueless HR in back pockets of management. Lack of incentives and/or frequent bonuses. Long distance travel to and from jobs (often miles/hours away from local area). Unstructured KPI grading system (Face fit attitude) Vehicle GPS tracking. Onsite until 5pm strictly enforced.
