      Great for getting a foot in the door with the Federal government. Easy to get promoted if you apply yourself. Base pay is pretty solid to start

      Cons

      Management generally has a very adversarial relationship with the workforce. Raises are fairly terrible overall. Very stressful work environment. Very odd work hours and it is difficult to get time off.
