Pros
- Salary on time (But around 8th to 10th, while other companies provide at 1st or 2nd of the month) - Cheap group insurance - Good place for BDEs and BAs
Cons
- No growth as a software developer - Mediocre increment - Extreme pressure on Developers and QAs saying it's an emergency (and they have such emergencies on like 3 days a week) - No new exploration of technology - Your suggestions have no value - No appreciation for good work, but will definitely taunt you for a mistake - Your provided timeline has no value. If you say it will take one month for a project then they will approve 2 weeks and blame it on you for not completing projects "on time" - Can't leave without asking your manager as if you are in a school and have to ask the teacher - Poor QAs have it the worst, they usually have to sit very late in the night, sometimes 10, 11 PM and even mid-night! - Constant monitoring of employees' systems - Phones were not allowed
