Pros
The diversity and the people you meet. But even that is not the work the mental stress of working at TRT WORLD. I'm literally typing anything here to fill the word limit.
Cons
Exploitative working conditions, severely understaffed, was extremely toxic at times with slave-driving management and unnecessary bullying, newer management have mentally checked out, no support for chronic under-staffing, concerns about output and work flow ignored for years, suggestions for improvement ignored for YEARS.
