The pace here is fast, but in the best way possible—it pushes you to learn quickly and grow in ways you might not expect. You get to work on a variety of projects that really help you build your skills fast. What stands out to me most is the culture. It’s such a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone’s voice is heard. The team is diverse, with people from all backgrounds and ethnicities, and they’re some of the most talented, friendly, and genuinely amazing people I’ve ever worked with. It’s a place where you feel safe to speak your mind, and you’re constantly learning from each other. One of the things I love about TRM Labs is the mission.
