There’s no sitting behind a desk; I spend my days assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and improving electronic systems. The team is knowledgeable and friendly, which creates a positive atmosphere.

It’s a dynamic environment, so you have to stay flexible and adaptable.

When you can't speak up, think freely, or share ideas without fear, it's impossible to feel any positivity. I certainly didn't find any here.

-The attitude of the leadership was awful. Management was stubborn, outdated, and completely unwilling to change. -f anyone brought forward new ideas, leadership blamed that person for every problem that surfaced around that time and pushed them out. -It created constant stress and fear among other employees. -Things became so miserable that employees stopped speaking up altogether. -Now, everyone just sits there nodding along in this dreadful workplace.
