The way that customer account managers and area managers communicate with staff can be extremely disrespectful. Some departments are poorly managed which causes friction between departments that communicate frequently. No room to grow into management or other leadership opportunities.

One jurisdiction and you only work small accounts.

Limited opportunity for growth. You work dedicated accounts and if the account leaves there is no work to transition to.
