If you want a place where there are bosses who make you do your job along with the jobs of those who don't do their own jobs, where there is close to no opportunity for advancement and there is no such thing as getting a raise, then Tri-Star Engineering is the place for you.
Cons
-those at the top only care about themselves -management is more concerned about who has more power over who than what's best for the company -business decisions did not make logical sense to myself or most employees -will find every excuse possible to make your life miserable or get you to quit if they don't like you -bad pay -they expect you to know things that you obviously would not before working there
