      Pros

      Work life balance is halfway decent and pretty much all people stay for.

      Cons

      They don’t treat US employees as well as ones in European offices and you have very little growth opportunity. Pay is pretty far below market value and they don’t have pay transparency so that you can negotiate a higher rate of pay. Also bonuses have never been paid at 100 percent in the 4 years I’ve worked for them.

      Cons

      Like any organization, there are areas to improve, primarily around processes and communication as the company continues to scale—but overall, it’s a great place to grow professionally and build strong relationships.
