Pros

I really don't have any that I could provide

Cons

This place is a joke and if you are looking to work at an agency in Dallas I would strongly suggest looking else where. Yes. They have a strong name in Dallas but all the employees that work here are unhappy with the culture and the new bench seating in Uptown. First and foremost, their is no culture and no fun here. Everyone is miserable as they should be as this place is not like a typical agency that rewards their employees for their hard work. If you have to commute good luck because you have to be there a 8:30 every morning. No excuses. Additionally, you have to stay until 5:30. No flexibility here. Your badge clocks you in the am and people are always keeping a close eye on you to ensure you don't leave early. TRG likes to hire entry level students out of college and offer poor pay. If you are unfortunate to get hired they will make you work 60 hours plus a week and all of the directors will dump their work on you. Stan runs the entire agency and everyone hates his policies. Everyone runs around trying to appease him and if you are not one of the preferred guys that goes on skiing and fishing trips good luck. He also doesn't allow females to go on trips only males. If you are a client good luck as this place likes to bend you over and stick it in you know what. They are too damn expensive and bill clients off of their employee timesheets which are a joke. There are so many hidden fees that they don't even disclose to their clients. Half the time they just hide these fees in billing and are making a killing.
