Pros
The schedule used to be good, but they started micromanaging so who knows how long that's going to last. Many breaks. Faculty has engaged teachers, and some of the students are great.
Cons
I don't even know where to begin. There's so much drama that you are always going to be affected by it. The school will do everything to get the sons/daughters of the board of trustees to have an A, including intimidating teachers, changing grades, and threatening to fire. Kids read/write way below grade level. The turnover and burnout levels are high. Disrespect from students, parents, and admin is through the roof. Teachers usually stay between 0 and 2 years. Parents blame bad grades on teachers, and get them fired. In two years, I have seen 7 people get fired, and several more quit because they just couldn't handle the amount of pressure. Management is a joke and admin team is down to 2 people from 6.
