TRCA - Crew Lead TRCA Employee Review

Worked on a great team, had lots of support, and had developed great skills.

I do not have any cons/negative experiences.

- Crew leads and technicians are very knowledgeable; they give great advice and teach you how to use equipment well - You gain lots of experience using a variety of tools and equipment depending on the job which can be transferable skills for other jobs - Starting pay and benefits were excellent - Depending on the supervisor, you might have the opportunity to work for another department for a day or two to see what they do and to give you more experience

- Some of the equipment is run down and isn't replaced because it still technically "works"; however it can get frustrating if something won't start and then you're not able to complete a task on-time
