Pros

TRC Electronics has a purchasing department that really stands out. They keep solid supplier relationships, which means better pricing and reliable stock. Their team is organized and proactive, making sure inventory is managed well so products are available when customers need them. They also stay ahead of potential supply issues and always put quality first. Overall, TRC runs a smooth and dependable purchasing operation that makes it easier for buyers to trust and do business with them.

Cons

One drawback with TRC is that they mainly focus on power supplies, so you might still need other vendors for different parts.

Pros

The onboarding training that is provided is very good. I appreciated how thoroughly they taught their product.

Cons

This is a high pressure, cutthroat environment. The culture there is the epitome of a toxic workplace. They are extremely invasive of your personal life and use personal details to "motivate" you to sell more. You are expected to basically be an account manager and a call center in one. 100-150 cold calls are expected daily, from lists that have been called so many times they will cuss you out when they finally pick up. In my time there there was over a 50% turnover rate of employees, from all departments. I have also heard a lot of stories where it is suspected that sales people who weren't absolute top performers were fired after closing large deals so they did not have to pay them their commissions. The higher ups also have a cult-like loyalty to Grant Cardone. It was honestly concerning. They higher ups spent hundreds of thousands on conferences, books, and mandatory programs.
