      Good VACA program.

      Cons

      Negative attitude in the office. Culture of company has been on the decline for years. Lack of official training. A Sink or swim culture paired with a 85% utilization leaves no room for learning or improvement.

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
