Pros

TRACE is a great company to work for. They have a wonderful mission, and they go above and beyond for their members. Management is efficient, employees are always willing to assist if you have any questions or concerns, and the culture is inclusive, light and lively. They promote from within and there is room to grow. The quarterly events are lovely.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end of the scale since it is a non-profit.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We love our location and team too! In response to the cons listed, we pride ourselves on providing employees with a healthy work-life balance. The majority of our team works remotely, and we do not authorize overtime, so we would hope that no one feels overworked. TRACE's President and leadership team do travel a great deal for work, to speak at key international events where they represent TRACE and our member companies and advocate for more robust anti-corruption efforts. It’s not clear why the President’s travel schedule would anger anyone as our whole team is permitted to work remotely and our President is always available even while traveling, but it is true that there are very few opportunities for more junior employees to travel. For local events, we do our best to invite as many employees as possible.
