Good starting salary, good opportunity to learn data historian tools and how software projects work in pharma industry
Cons
No advancement opportunities once you are in the company. Staff treated like minions by directors and senior management, working conditions are demoralizing. Company currently spending hundreds of thousands on re-branding but still not spending on staff. I am writing this review because Directors are now offering cash payments to staff for writing positive reviews on this site - see the 3 sunny reviews posted in the last 3 weeks! Easy company to get in to but majority of ex-employees seem to have legal issues with the company either with legal cases against the company for harassment/bullying or directors send them frivolous legal letters to try to scare them out of the industry when they give notice.
