Thank you for your feedback. TQI's retention rate is over 90% in 2023 which is better than comparably sized companies based on ADP data. We take concerns of favoritism seriously which is why managers and HR are primarily responsible for hiring actions. The CEO and President are only involved in hiring/discipline actions associated with direct reports.

There is a history of people having issues with being promoted. It is really up to the employee. You do have to wait for opportunities and contracts to open up, but it is definitely up to the employee to apply and interview for these new jobs.
Primary Contractor with DoN. Gave me the opportunity. Longterm contract.
Cons
Sometime feel forgotten with contractor management. For the large contract numbers When they renew with DoN they should be paying top pay. This is an area you have to work hard for to show you deserve your wage. No yearly bonuses.
