Pros
From the beginning I've liked the company. When I was contacted by their recruiter, who still helps me if I need anything today, she was open and honest with me. We had clear discussions about where things stood and what I was being brought in to do. They were looking for "hunters" not "farmers" to open new business in the area. The salary and benefits are much better than the large corporation I left and the people are tremendous. They have a senior environment of account managers and recruiters that have been in the industry for years and know what they are doing. You aren't treated like this is your first job out of college with a stencil of how to do your job. You're given the opportunity to perform like the professional you told them you were during the interview process.
I've been with the company a little over a month now and have already received multiple job orders from current accounts and new clients that I have opened up. Your given the tools that you need, support from management, and a strong team to get things done.
The additional bonuses that are offered are also a great perk. There is a lot more money to be made by simply producing consistently on top of a fantastic commission structure.
Cons
This is not a place for someone who needs their hand held or someone that is just hoping to sit on a major account and manage business as it comes to them.
