Pros

Stability, Multiple Accounts (you can switch if things got too unproductive)

Cons

Stupid ideas, coming from stupid people who are occupying VERY important positions. The people who can actuality make good decisions and have vision and all that crap are filtered out CONSISTENTLY, as if it's the company's sole mission, if you think outside the box or have any opinions that goes against the approved list coming down from the heavens brainstormed by the gods of management themselves, prepare to be chased out of the company pretty much at first opportunity.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
