Pros

Great management, flexible schedule after 3 to 6 months. Starts at 11.00/hr after training, 0.50 cent raise after 1 year, 0.25 cents every year after. Room for advancement within at home environment. No commute to work, equipment given to you while employed. Lots of help available. generous days for attendance, they're willing to work to keep you. Great way to enter the realm of taking calls. There's some bad ones out there, but Teleperformance is good.

Cons

No education paid, essentially you work for a vender site, not directly for Apple, so you don't get the Apple pay and benefits. you get 8 vacation days per year, but only if you start jan 1st and work the entire year. There's prorated vacation days after 90 days of employment. Pay isn't the greatest, 11.00 for first year, entry level but with room to be a sup or tier 2.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
