Pros

only pro you don't have to talk to customers or get yelled by customers.

Cons

They will fire you for the dumbest reasons. If you are not a favorite to a manager there you will be selected and fired when they need to make cuts. They fired a lot of good employees that would do their job, and kept the ones that didn't do their job. When it comes to schedules if you are not a managers favorite you will not get the schedule you need for family or school. Many employees never got the schedules they needed and the lazy employees always got the schedules they wanted. Unfair ranking!

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Cons

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
