Salary on Time WFH option Engagement room (Adobe) Opportunity to improve Sups, SME are mostly helpful IJPs are accessible over myhr Surveys are conducted sometimes Training days are average in matter of knowledge

Cons

--Asked to work on weekends with non trained product chats --Attendance might be marked incorrectly and you need to continuously request to get that corrected. --No transparency about how week offs are chosen and its not applied on everyone equally. (Seems Discrimination) --Policies are directly applied without a good discussion and the negative results due to such policy changes may be directly applied over the candidate. --Attendance mistake can effect your opportunity to apply for promotions

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
