Bad management Extremely picky Dealers -- you have to deal with dealers pushing customers to activate (but not subscribe to) OnStar so they get their incentives - but it counts against you if you activate & they don't subscribe The amount of bad or misinformation provided by "senior" advisors was astronomical and any attempt to correct it was punished Poor training Terminated several people who were trying to work hard and do their job for not doing something they were never told to do, but will NOT terminate people who call in & miss 2-3 days per week and NEVER HIT GOAL
