The definition of bad corporate culture in it's full glory. A very abusive workplace that wants you to be aware that you are disposable with no employment benefits as they change the payroll company every three months, of course permanent contracts are for languages in demand or if you are a good licker. The management and middle management in most cases are incompetent at best as they always favour incompetent people to run the project as they are friends or people from their country of origin and of course if everything goes south the agent is a scapegoat they can always use ase you are disposable , not to mention the blacklisting that is rampant as this company works like a dictatorship. To conclude many practices that teleperformance implements are illegal and subject to the country's laws and any former employee with time and money can easily file a lawsuit and get a big compensation out of them.
