This is the worst company I have worked for. I was really exited with the project assigned and I put my best effort to become a top performer in short time. Nevertheless, I have been treated horribly, as well as my colleagues. Salary do not compensate the amount of pressure and unnecessary stress you are put under. It feels that they do it on purpose honestly, all the measures taken always go against the employees. Recently theres been a minimum wage increase from the government and they decided to decrease the bonuses, meaning we are being paid less and they tried to sell it as a winning for us. The daily technical issues, the enormous problems to schedule your holidays, the poor management of supervisors, the “extra activities” that are always full months in advance. You add everything and you have the worst job that you could ask for. Ive received errors in my payslips, mistakes in my holidays calendar, they change supervisors and teams ALL THE TIME making it super chaotic. On top of that, the training that they provide are less than the minimum required to work, be ready to self learn everything watching Youtube videos. And first days at work youll be LOST because nobody explains you how the work tools work, sometimes they put your colleagues to explain to you and do you think they pay them to tran you? They dont Everything is a disaster. AVOID

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
