Pros

Best reason to work is the place is welcoming always. Location is accessible (Alphaland Southgate). Salary and benefits are being creditted earlier especially the 13th month pay that they promised. Thank you TP for that! 💖

Cons

Account should only have a specific workload. But instead of like for example if the agent only handles billing she should be receiving calls for billing only but what happened is we received all linds of calls, like we are multi-purpose and multi-tasking which is unfair because the salary we get when we signed up our contract is for a specific workload only. This is for my opinion only. And also, regarding about our incentives it is creditted after 3 months or sometimes beyond that which is i think is unfair because we already worked hard for that, why not give it after a month instead? And please, don't include our incentives together with our salary, it should be separate (same as other companies) and with no tax! It should be exempted from taxes!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
