Got to work for Assurance IQ, as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Medicare Advantage health plans. Almost hit two year anniversary, however, TP decided to cut ties and thus transferred us to Coinbase. Pay was decent for the types of leads, essentially doing the job of two, however I persisted and became #1 Sales agent of my team(s).
Cons
HIGHLY STRESSFUL, Teleperformance management tells you one thing, then, you're being let go off due to a " head reduction " @ Coinbase. False promises in regards to bonuses. Had ADA accommodations and was still being docked points which perhaps lead to the reduction. Don't get comfortable especially if you're WAHA, would have preferred to have stayed in the office. Overall avoid if you have pre-existing health conditions.
