Pros
You can work from home but there is a severe disconnect between leadership and employees because half the time the leadership do not know how to answer questions and instead of saying “I’m not sure the answer to that question let me get back to you” they ignore you in the chat they have set up.
Cons
The company steals money from the employees. I left on good terms and put in my 2 week notice. My last day was Oct 7th. The monthly incentive bonus pays out on the 22nd of the following month. So while I was fully employed for the month of September, they refused to pay out my bonus check since I wasn’t employed on the date the check was issued. Also, if your computer that they provide has issues not related to your own internet service that you pay for and provide, you don’t get paid for any missed hours due to their equipment malfunctioning. Requesting days off is near impossible to be approved and many times your request for time off isn’t approved/denied until the day before or day of requested day off. It’s hard to schedule family vacations with this type of procedure. They never close for holidays so if your schedule happens to fall on Christmas Day, you have to work that holiday. Also, they sometimes will pick people for “Mandatory Time Off” to cut hours when it’s slow and you don’t get paid for MTO. One time they made me miss almost a full week of my schedule because the calls were slow for the week and they needed to cut hours. They don’t care if you have bills to pay.
