Work at home so I don't have to deal with the high school drama Ok pay rate
Cons
Call times expected to be around 15 mins. No call backs. Tech support agents having to suggestive sale products when customers are mad because their services are out. Programs freeze up, constant changes in call opening, when you ask for help in chat sometimes takes 5 minutes for a response but constantly on you about call times, and customers calling back.
